On the 6th of December wine testers were gathered at “Chateau Zegaani” on traditional closed winter – testing. According to tradition, wine testing was held   “in blind”, i.e. name of wines were hidden under numbers, thus providing the thorough impartial experts’ grade. From our part were selected the best castle wines through the period 2011 – 2012, that continue their aging at Chateau Zegaani cellars, yet in bottles, for two years at least before being on sale.
